In light of the ongoing coronovirus pandemic, we all find ourselves with our lives impacted in some way. WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER AND CAN GET THROUGH IT TOGETHER! In this episode I discuss some ways in which one can try to maintain a degree of balance in their routines should they be in self isolation. These are indeed stressful times, but hopefully, with a change of mindset, we can find some ways of maintaining a semblance of normality in the meantime.
